We use couriers for our deliveries, they do not service PO Boxes or Lockers. For orders under 4.5kg, we can send an Aust Post satchel, to a PO Box. Prices on application.

Sydney Metro:
Sydney Metro orders are calculated at a flat fee of $12.00 for up to 20 kgs by our couriers. ($1 per kilo above 20 kgs)
A Pick-up service is available using the PICK-UP code for local customers. Place your order as usual using the pickup code and a collection time for your order will be emailed to you.

Your order can be collected next day from our foyer- unit 8, 89 Dee Why Parade, Dee Why 2099, by buzzing the intercom for access
It is OK to park in front of building for the short time it takes to collect your parcel.

Outback Remote:
*All Outback Remote areas will attract an additional shipping levy – once ordered, we will email your updated cost.
Please note that once we receive your order we will assess correctly and any additional shipping levy will be applied. We will then email you to advise the updated cost, and if you still wish to continue with your order, the additional amount can be transferred into our account via EFT or Credit Card and processing of your order will re continue.
Aust. Post Satchels – Australia Post will service boxes up to 5kilos including packing.
