Product of New Zealand. Often called Corn Starch, or Maize Starch is a refined, processed white flour made from only the starch of maize or corn grain. The starch is obtained from the endosperm of the corn kernel. Corn starch is a popular food ingredient used in thickening sauces or soups.
This white cornflour is not recommended for using in large quantities as a flour for baking as it’s starch and sugar content it too high.
