Her background as a commercially trained cook was challenged by this situation and she had to develop a whole new tasty menu for her family. Lola has developed these recipes to cater for those who are allergic or intolerant to wheat, gluten, corn, soy and dairy. This book provides a variety of cakes, cookies, pastries, sauces and breads as well as main course dishes and desserts that are free of onions, garlic, sulphites, xanthan gum and guar gum. Yeast Free Breads are included and there are alternative flour blends that exclude grain and legumes.
