Shipping policy :
We use normal Australia Post services.Optional Express or registered post is available. Allow up to 14 days for delivery, however we aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order or 3 working days.
Air Freight : is used for orders outside Australia.
Shipping charges : Please add these charges from the postal form to your order or contact us if you are in doubt.>
Overseas orders : Please contact us, before ordering from outside Australia, so we can help you calculate shipping.
Payment for overseas orders : is accepted by Bank Card, Master Card or Visa Card. International Cheques are not accepted.
Out of stock products: We do not substitute products. We try to display items in stock, but if an item you order becomes unavailable we will contact you before processing your order.
Accuracy of information: product information is supplied by manufacturers and reproduced in good faith. We cannot be held liable for the accuracy of such information or any consequences arising from incorrect information on this website. If you have specific health requirements or require more information about a product, please contact us.
Refund/Return Policy : Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded within 10 days of being notified of the faulty merchandise.
Payment terms :
Cheque, money order or bank transfer
Payments are due in full on placement of order. If you choose not to use the shopping cart to place your order, we offer several options you can choose from to pay for your products:
- Credit card online or via phone or fax ( MasterCard or VISA) - we will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm your payment and delivery details.
- Cash or bank transfer - we will provide our bank account details upon request.
- Cheque – note: your cheque must be cleared before order can be shipped.
We respect your privacy. Any information you give to Wheat Free World will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are subscribing to e-mail newsletters or when purchasing our products.
