1. Weigh and blend your gluten
free flour to the given recipe on
the Oven Baked Donut sheet

2. Set the oven to the given temp. grease a

12 hole heavy donut tray with margarine

3. Place the yeast and given
ingredients in a small bowl to rise

4. Beat the eggs and given
ingredients well.

 

5. Add the dry ingredients to
the meringue

 

6. Tip in the "Puffy"
yeast mixture

7. Add the remaining ingredients

8. With a wire whisk blend the
mixture to combine ingredients

9. Check consistency, the mixture
should run from the whisk

10. Fill the cups to the top;

don't worry about the centre stem

11. Scrape the top of the stems
with a spatula to remove batter.

 

12. Leave to stand 10 minutes

Place the donuts in the oven
and bake for 15 minutes.

Note: If the donuts stick this
means they need a little
more cooking.

When cooked remove from the
donut cups and dust in Cinnamon Sugar or

when cold ice with your favourite icing.
