COOKING RICE SPAGHETTI

Half fill a saucepan with salted water and bring to the boil
Hold the spaghetti at the top and
rest in the boiling water
Rest the spaghetti on the side of the
saucepan, keep water boiling
As the spaghetti cooks it will slide into the saucepan.
Boil 6 minutes
Leave spaghetti to stand in the water at least 10 minutes
Drain in a large strainer and pour some boiling water
over the cooked spaghetti
Serve with meatballs or If preferred just coat the spaghetti
with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
