PLAIN OR FRUIT BANANA BREAD

Take 4 bananas, thawed from the freezer. Place the squashy flesh in a food processer, add brown sugar and oil
Break in four 60g eggs,process until smooth. Weigh and combine dry ingredients and fruit. Add the raising ingredients
Grease a heavy loaf pan and line sides and bottom with baking paper. Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl.
Add the dry ingredients and fruit,stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Add the mixture to the prepared tin. Bake @ 170 degrees 50-60 mins. Cool in the tin before slicing this plain
Banana Loaf. Fruit and nuts can be added if desired.
